SST Awarded a Prime IDIQ Contract to Support the U.S. Army C4ISR under the RS3 Program
(October 2018) SST was awarded a prime IDIQ contract from the U.S. Army
Spectrum Software Technology, Inc. (SST), highly regarded for Software and Systems Engineering, Human Factors, and Test and Evaluation (T&E) services, is pleased to announce that the U.S. Army has selected SST to serve as a prime contractor for professional services under the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract. This contract is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle which carries a total ceiling value of $37.4 billion with a 10-year ordering period (five-year base ordering period and five-year optional ordering period).
The RS3 contract is to provide the U.S. Army and other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies with knowledge based support services for requirements with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) related needs. Areas of support include Engineering, Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), Logistics, Acquisition and Strategic Planning, and Education and Training.
