FAA eFAST

Spectrum Software Technology (SST) is a prime Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) MOA holder. The eFAST contract vehicle is the FAA's preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts intended to streamline the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards.
eFAST is a multi-year FAA Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) program offering a broad technical scope, many contract and award types, and a wide array of labor categories. SST is qualified in the following functional areas:

RS3

SST is a prime contract holder on the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) vehicle. RS3 is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Performance Based Services Contract that provides customized best value solutions to a diverse group of organizations that span the spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements throughout the world. RS3 has a $37.4B ceiling with a 10-year ordering period (five-year base ordering period and five-year optional ordering period). RS3 primary service areas include but are not limited to Engineering; Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E); logistics; acquisition and strategic planning; and education and training services.

SeaPort-NxG

SST is a subcontract on the SeaPort-NxG contract vehicle. SeaPort-NxG is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-NxG Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract holders. Under the SeaPort-NxG vehicle, SST can provide professional engineering, technical, and programmatic support services for the Naval Sea Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Office of Naval Research, or the United States Marine Corps.

GSA 8(a) STARS II

SST is a GSA 8(a) STARS II prime contract holder. The GSA 8(a) STARS II is a competitively awarded, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple-award contract engineered to provide cutting-edge technology solutions to federal agencies. The scope of the 8(a) STARS II GWAC is centered on four functional areas (FAs), derived North American Industrial Classification Codes, offering simple to complex IT service solutions:

  • 541511 – Custom Computer Programming Services
  • 541512 – Computer Systems Design Services
  • 541513 – Computer Facilities Management Services
  • 541519 – Other Computer Related Services

The program provides advanced research, analysis, engineering, and integration for NextGen and non-NextGen initiatives across 31 core capability areas including Systems Engineering, Acquisition, Business Analysis, Computer Science, Financial Analysis, Operations Research Analysis/Data Science, and Software Engineering.
