FAA eFAST

SST is a prime Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) MOA holder. The eFAST contract vehicle is the FAA's preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts intended to streamline the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards.

eFAST is a multi-year FAA Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) program offering a broad technical scope, many contract and award types, and various labor categories. SST is qualified in the following functional areas:

RS3

SST is a prime contract holder on the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) vehicle. RS3 is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Performance Services Contract that provides customized best-value solutions to a diverse group of organizations that span the spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements throughout the world. RS3 has a $37.4B ceiling with a 10-year ordering period (five-year base ordering period and five-year optional ordering period). RS3's primary service areas include but are not limited to engineering, research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E), logistics, acquisition and strategic planning, and education and training services.

SeaPort-NxG

SST is a prime on the SeaPort-NxG contract vehicle. SeaPort-NxG is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas, including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), the Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) compete for their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-NxG Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract holders. Under the SeaPort-NxG vehicle, SST can provide professional engineering, technical, and programmatic support services for the Naval Sea Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Office of Naval Research, or the United States Marine Corps

FAA System Engineering and Technical Innovative Solutions (SETIS)

SST is a subcontractor to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) for the full and open contract and to Mosaic ATM, Inc. for the small business contract on the FAA SETIS contract vehicle. SETIS is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a $2.3B ceiling and includes a three-year base period, one three-year option period and two two-year option periods. SETIS provides a broad range of Research, Service Analysis, and Strategic Planning, Systems Engineering (SE), technical, financial, and programmatic support services, and other aviation related support services, that will enable the FAA to accomplish its National Airspace System (NAS), Mission Support, and other aviation related mission objectives.
