President and CEO

Mr. Leung is the founder of SST and serves as its President and CEO. Mr. Leung has more than 30 years of experience in executive management, sales and marketing, technology assessment, and software development. Mr. Leung is an accomplished software engineer with experience encompassing a broad range of specific activities such as requirements analysis and specification, systems/software design, development, integration, and documentation for projects involving distributed real-time client/server, business process re-engineering, database systems, and human factors.

As the President and CEO, Mr. Leung oversees all operations of the company and is responsible for providing the overall strategy, vision, and goals, and ensuring the financial well-being of SST. Mr. Leung has a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and holds a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
