President and CEO

Mr. Leung is the founder of SST and serves as its President and CEO. He brings more than 30 years of experience in executive management, sales and marketing, technology assessment, and software development. An accomplished software engineer, Mr. Leung’s technical background spans requirements analysis, systems and software design, development, integration, and documentation for distributed real‑time client/server systems, business process re‑engineering, database systems, and human factors.

As President and CEO, Mr. Leung oversees all company operations and is responsible for setting SST’s strategy, vision, and long‑term goals while ensuring the organization’s financial health. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
